What is the HealthHub?
We surveyed our members to ask them what they wanted from their healthcare, 74% of respondents wanted Accuro to provide them with access to services and resources to help them manage the health and wellbeing of themselves and their families.
The HealthHub provides members with a tool to create real behavioural change – the information and resources provided to each member is based on their individual needs as identified by the health questionnaire needs assessment.
The HealthHub is an online health and wellbeing platform customised to your individual needs.
How does it work?
- Complete a short questionnaire and receive your personal report which will highlight focus areas for improving your quality of life and wellbeing.
- The HealthHub will populate your home page with resources and content relevant to your results.
- Take part in challenges to help keep you motivated and implement new behaviours that promote health, wellbeing and happiness.
- Earn reward points that put you in the draw to win prizes and give you access to better promotional offers and discounts.
What can you do in the HealthHub?
Complete your wellbeing scorecard
This will provide feedback on how well you are looking after yourself and what things you could be doing to improve any specific health areas moving forward. This is 100% confidential - no one else will ever see your personal information. By completing this short process, you will start to be directed to the information and advice most relevant to you.
Participate in health challenges
You can access a library of challenges that are designed to be fun and engaging. These are available for you to start on any day of the year giving you the flexibility to access support and motivation at a time that works for you. There will also be opportunities to take part in nationwide Challenges where you can participate and compete with other Accuro members.

Accuro Member Offer
HealthHub is available as part of all Accuro Health Insurance policies. There is no cost involved to participate in the HealthHub.
Who is eligible?
All Accuro members, their families, and Accuro financial advisers, are eligible to participate in the Accuro HealthHub.
When you sign up, you can then invite up to five other people to join you in the HealthHub. To add another person to your account via the website, click on your name in the top right corner and select Settings from the drop down menu. Go to Family and Friends and then add their email address to send an invitation.
How to access the HealthHub:
- Click on link below
- Set up your profile and password (look out for a verify email)
- After clicking on the link in the verify email, you will be asked to enter your Member Number
As soon as you have registered you have full access to the Accuro HealthHub
