It's been a year since Accuro joined UniMed, and we've been working together to bring the best of both worlds to our Members. We’ve now decided to phase-out the Accuro brand and begin to operate under one brand – UniMed.

Moving to the UniMed Brand

As the first step in this transition, we will begin to phase-out the Accuro logo, replacing it with UniMed. We’re making the change gradually as it’s more cost effective, so some places may still reference Accuro during this transition. 

As we go through the changeover, the website will be the best place to download the most up to date documents. We will contact you directly in the case of any significant updates.

Supporting your clients though the change

Your clients will receive an email from us the week starting 21 July 2025 to explain the brand change.

Using the MyAccuro Member Portal

We strongly encourage your clients to register for and make the most out of the online Member Portal at myaccuro.accuro.co.nz 

What can your clients do in the MyAccuro member portal?

  • Submit a claim or prior approval (and track its progress)
  • View premium details and update payment method/frequency
  • View policy details including their policy certificate
  • Update personal details
  • Send an enquiry
