Important information from the CEO of Accuro.
At the start of this year, we sent out information to all members on the discounts available at Accuro and the eligibility criteria. We also identified two situations where changes to discounts had been made but were not appropriately communicated at the time.
Between the cyber incident and our new system going live, we have in some instances been unable to charge our members correctly. Now that our individual and group member charging is available, we are able to start the process of reconciling any premium owed or owing.
