The fine print

1. The Promoter is Union Medical Benefits Society trading as UniMed ('UniMed')

2. Accuro Health Insurance (‘Accuro’) is a brand owned, operated and underwritten by UniMed.

3. The Promotion is an offer for entrants to receive a 5% discount on their new Accuro Health Insurance policy.

4. This Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

5. The Promotion cannot be redeemed for cash or used at a later date.

   To be eligible for entry, entrants must:

   • not be an existing or previous member of UniMed

   • have a policy assessed and made current for a SmartCare, SmartCare+, or SmartStay Health Plan;

   • use the promotional code when requesting or amending a quote;

   • not be an employee or family member of an employee of UniMed (a child, grandchild, grandparent, parent, partner, partner’s parent, and sibling is considered by UniMed to be family for the purposes of this Promotion) or any business partners of UniMed (including Advisers).

6. Discount will be applied to the new member once the new policy has been assessed and made current.

7. UniMed and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this promotion or accepting or using this offer, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law).

8. UniMed reserves the right to suspend, modify, terminate, or cancel the Promotion at any time.

9. These Terms and Conditions may be amended from time to time by UniMed.
