About the role
This newly created Head of IT role is a pivotal leadership role in our business. Reporting to the CEO, this role is responsible for overseeing our IT strategy and operations, along with leading our small IT team. This role will play a key part in ensuring the quality of core software, platforms and infrastructure, all with a focus on enhancing our customer experience. Day to day, this role is responsible for:
This role is also part of our Senior Leadership so will contribute to the overall direction of our business. We are also about to start a transformation project to refresh our core system, and the Head of IT will be playing an important role in this program of work.
You will be a natural leader with the drive and energy to oversee our IT strategy and operations, while looking for innovation and improvements. You will easily bridge the gap between the business and technology, with the confidence and expertise to work across our business at all levels. You’ll be a broad, strategic thinker who is equally comfortable rolling your sleeves up to help the team achieve their outcomes. You will also have:
