    StaffCare Employee Health Insurance -

    StaffCare Health Insurance Plan

Whatever the size of your business, you will already know what a great asset your employees are.

Research shows that staff health insurance plans are considered one of the most desirable employee benefits offered by employers. Those individuals with health insurance are more likely to be treated and return to work up to three months faster than those without access to private treatment.

At Accuro, we enable you to choose a group health insurance solution to fit your business so that the features you need are the ones you pay for. By offering this flexibility, we can offer a range of options that can provide prompt access to diagnosis and treatment for your employees.

We have been providing our members with access to private medical treatment since 1971. For over 45 years, we’ve built up a wealth of experience and understanding of what New Zealand employees are really looking for in their health insurance. This is reflected in the market-leading flexibility of our StaffCare products.

    Building your plan

Accuro’s group health insurance allows you, the employer, the flexibility to choose a package that suits your employees and your budget. StaffCare consists of a base plan (Essential Care) and two optional plans that can be added to provide comprehensive health insurance cover: Specialist Care or Everyday Care.

Through implementing a staff health insurance plan, you can offer your employees health cover as a benefit of being employed with your business – encouraging loyalty, retention and boosting morale. You can also include dependants and wha-ngai in this plan. We allow dependants and wha-ngai to have cover at dependant rates until their 25th birthday.
