Natural Health plan

Our Natural Health plan covers you for treatments by other health practitioners, such as Osteopaths, Natural therapists and Nutritionists. You can add the Natural Health plan directly to your Hospital and Surgical plan.

With Natural Health you're covered for up to $800 a year (up to $45 each time) for visits to these health practitioners:

  • Osteopaths - up to $240 a year
  • Chiropractors - up to $240 a year
  • Physiotherapists - up to $200 a year
  • Dieticians and Nutritionists - up to $200 a year
  • Acupuncturists - up to $200 a year
  • Naturopaths, Homeopaths and Medical Herbalists - up to $200 a year
  • Reflexologists - up to $200 a year
  • Remedial Body Therapists - up to $200 a year
  • Nutritionalists - up to $200 a year
  • Podiatrists - up to $200 a year

You're also covered for a flu vaccination every year (up to $40). And after three years with a Natural Health plan, you're covered for sick leave without pay of $100 a week for up to five weeks each year. There's a stand-down of 90 days before a claim can be made but you won't pay any excess on claims.
