Digital versions of policy documents, product cards, forms and flyers are available here.
These will be applicable for all new policies from 1 September 2022 and to existing policies from the member's anniversary after 1 September, unless otherwise noted. For example, if the anniversary date of the member's policy is on 1 August 2023, the enhancements will not be applicable until 1 August 2023.
New policy documents will be updated across the website in mid-August.
In the meantime, please find below a summary of upcoming changes to policies.
