If you know there is a chance you might be referred for further medical investigations while at your GP consultation, ask for a copy of your medical report to take away with you. This way, you don’t have to pay for a second appointment.
We can’t accept a pre-approval or pay a claim if your membership is in arrears, so make sure you are up to date with payments. If you are having trouble with payments, contact our membership team to see if we can help.
If a pre-approval or claim is declined, a letter will be sent directly to you explaining why it wasn’t approved. All declines can be reviewed, see our complaints procedure for more information.
